Constance Rogan

Constance I. Rogan, 88 of Springfield, Ohio passed away January 8, 2023, at 12:50 am at Springfield Regional Hospital, Hospice Center. After a lengthy battle with many complications. She was born November 8, 1934, in Urbana, Ohio to George Archie and Julia Marie (Yancey) Fletcher. Connie loved to go on gambling trips and enjoyed watching Family Feud, Ellen, The Golden Girl's and her Soap Operas. Connie wasn't a stranger to let you know how she felt lol. She also loved and enjoyed her Grand and Great Grand Children. She is proceeded in death by her Parents, Ex-Husband Thomas Rogan. Five brothers: Roger, Malon, Eldon, Leonard, Stanley Fletcher, and one sister Vivian Ladd. She leaves to cherish her memory, a sister Delores Bryce of Yellow Springs, Ohio, and a brother Harold Fletcher of Springfield, Ohio. Two daughters. Tosca Fletcher and a special Son in law Walter Tooson, Sr. of Springfield, Ohio, and Paula (Ronnie) Taylor of Toledo, Ohio. 6 Grand Children, Natasha Gaither, Walter Tooson, II, Kameo (Aaron) Tooson-Belle, and Kameel Tooson, all of Springfield, Ohio. Laura Taylor and Aliesha Taylor of Toledo, Ohio. Nineteen Great Grand Children and two Great Great Grand Children as well. She also leaves to cherish her memory, to a host of nieces and nephews. In addition, a host of cousins and Friends.
