Margaret Colleen Galloway, age 74, better known to family and friends as Ginger, went to be with our Lord and Savior on June 16, 2021. In Chicago, Illinois, she was born April 20, 1947, the daughter of James and Margaret (Pachoud) Galloway, both of who have preceded her passing. Ginger grew up in Southern California, where she enjoyed raising and training horses. Ginger moved to Ohio in the late ’70s, where she worked as a title clerk for several counties. After her retirement, she took on a position as Administrator for the Building and Zoning of Cedarville, Ohio. She also served on the City Council for Cedarville. She was a member of the Eastern Star-Chapter II PHA., Ginger loved helping people in any way she could. She had a humongous heart and knew no strangers. Ginger leaves a lifetime of wonderful memories and will always be cherished by her only child, Kathleen C. (Fomby) Oden of North Carolina; four grandchildren Kionte D. Fomby, of Ohio; Daija M. Oden, Kaleb H. Oden, and Gabrielle D. Oden, all of North Carolina, and two great-grandchildren, Roman K. Fomby and Genesis J. Fomby, both of Ohio; and a special friend, Jermaine Edmundson, Cedarville, OH. Services for Ginger Galloway will be held on Saturday, June 26, 2021, at Middle Run Baptist Church, 1000 East Church Street, Xenia, Ohio.
