Rosezella Mae Cooper gained her wings on February 10, 2020, at the age of 68. Her passing is a hard one to endure because it was not expected. If anyone knew Rose, they knew how much of a giving and loving woman she was. She would do anything for anyone. Rosezella was a graduate of South high school and attended Sinclair College for 2 years for her nursing degree. She continued her love for helping people by working for Mercy Mental Health outpatient for more than 14 years, where she retired from. She leaves to cherish her memory of a significant other William (Bucky) Miller. 4 daughters: Shauna Avery, Rochelle Cooper, and Susie (Derrick) Upshaw-Battie, and Neila Johnson. 3 sons: Edward (Shana) Cooper, Anthony Upshaw, and Jorrell (Krysta) Johnson. 27 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren a host of nieces, nephews, and siblings. Her kind and loving spirit will be deeply missed but will live on forever. She was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, 2 brothers, and a great-grandchild. A walk-through visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2021, at 11:00 am followed by a private funeral service at 12 noon at Porter-Qualls-Freeman Funeral Home 823 South Yellow Springs, Street, Springfield, Ohio. Interment will follow at Ferncliff Cemetery. A social distancing protocol will be observed, and a face mask will be required. Arrangements entrusted to Porter-Qualls-Freeman Funeral Home.
