Sheila Douglass

Sheila R. (Jones) Douglass, 68 of Enon, OH passed away unexpectedly on Friday morning November 4, 2022.  She was born in Springfield, Ohio June 30, 1954, the daughter of the late Charles Edward and Nasirah Ahmed Jones.  Sheila is survived by her husband of 44 years Dexter N. Douglass; her twin sons Shawn (Anna) Douglass of Newark, OH, and Deylon (Mandi) Douglass of El Paso, TX; her brother Kevin (Karen) Jones of Springfield, OH; her sister Judith (Maurice) Galbreath of Huber Heights, OH; five grandchildren (Jaden, GiAna, Malakai, Ayden, and Zora) and five nieces (N. Kristen Watkins, Chales Lunsford, Sierra Payne, Jazmine Galbreath, Taylor Galbreath Buschur) Cousins Jacqueline Randolph, Charles (Thelma) Randolph, and Kellee (Eric) Anderson, Virginia (Sidney) Lowe, Marva Boswell, Brenda Williams dearest friend Susie (Jimmie) Hammonds, Crystal (John) Stearns, Terrance Hammonds, Channing Duncan. Formerly employed at Internal Revenue Service and Wright Patterson AFB, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated (Founding Chapter Member (Mu Delta)) Graduated from the University of Findlay. A longtime member of New North Street AME Church. Former President of Enon Peewee Football 1990-1992. Shelia loved to crochet, watch tennis, travel, and spend time with her family and friends. Spending time with her grandchildren brought her the most happiness.  She was one of the most loving, caring, and kindest people to ever walk the face of the earth.  She will be dearly missed.
